in-frame/overhaul was done approx 20k Miles ago
the owner has the documentation for this along with a new clutch and all new 80k cylinders
The paint is 1 year new and the chassis and body were sandblasted at that time too.
The tires are new. The entire body was rewired as well.
1995 Vulcan 45/45 has 2- 50k winches with 200’ of¾” wire rope.
